Pay by Credit / Debit Card
Insomnia Smoke accepts all major credit and debit cards for 100% secure payment, using the latest, most robust and trusted industry-standard technologies.
We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.To better protect our customers when making online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.
3DS Authentication
Our checkout process uses 3DS authentication (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey). These services enhance your existing card account against unauthorised use when you shop with us. If you require more detailed information or encounter a problem with the authentication process, please contact your card issuer directly. Unfortunately we have no control over the payment authentication process so we will be unable to assist with any authentication enquiries.
If you have received notification that your payment card has been declined, you will need to contact the bank that issued the card to find out why.
Note: only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.
Contact your bank to resolve other payment issues even if:
• you've successfully used this payment method on a previous order
• you have funds available in your bank or credit account to cover the order cost
Bank Transfer
You can also pay by bank transfer. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail with our banking details.
Remember to mention your order number in the payment reference!
For EU customers, we will provide European SEPA payment accepting bank account.
For UK and USA customers, we will provide their country local bank accounts for smaller bank commissions.
Bitcoin
Bitcoins are a completely digital currency. Customers can send bitcoins using client software on a personal computer, mobile device, or web application. Bitcoin payments are easier to make than debit or credit card purchases. Simply enter the recipient's address, the payment amount, and press send. You as a customer are in full control of the transaction; it is impossible for us as a merchant to force unwanted or unnoticed charges. Bitcoin payments can be made without any personal information tied to the transactions, offering strong protection against identity theft. Your payment is received almost instantly (about 10 minutes after you send it) so we can start preparing your order ASAP. Please note: Chargebacks/refunds are impossible when using bitcoins as a payment option!
