What country do you ship from?
We have a warehouse in Spain and Latvia. Depending on stock items will be shipped out from one of these two locations.

We offer worldwide shipping.
How do you package orders?
We take great care to ship orders in a discreet way. Orders from the EU will be packed and protected with discretion. Orders from outside the EU will receive additional packaging to ensure maximum discretion and security.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Shipment confirmation. Depending on the delivery service and postal provider you have selected, you can track your order on the following web sites: Fedex - www.fedex.com Regular post service - www.17track.net or www.parcelsapp.com
What happens if I don't receive my order?
Use the tracking number sent to you upon order dispatch to track the location of your order. If your order has still not arrived after 30 working days and you are in the EU, contact us and we will arrange a re-ship. If you are outside the EU and your order has still not arrived after 60 working days, contact us and we will arrange a re-ship.
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Order can be canceled if it is not yet shipped out.
